Our Executive Chef, Satakoon Sornchai, affectionately known as Yoyo, has been an integral part of the Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway team for many years. He began his journey with the hotel as an apprentice before gaining international experience, returning to Melbourne for several years, and ultimately coming back to lead the Gateway’s kitchen in February 2020.
